This appears to be a ceramic bank with a rubber stopper, that features Huckleberry Pie (from Strawberry Shortcake) and he is sitting on a moon holding a star. The bank measures 5" w x 5" h x 1" D.(depending on the moon it is smaller at the top and gets deeper towards the bottom. 1.5" d at the bottom)
